"Glenn Clark founded a series of spiritual retreats called the Camps Farthest Out in the 1930s. The text shares Clark's vision of how to recognize God's divine plan at work in one's everyday life. My parents were active in CFO International and led many meetings around the globe. They wanted to have copies of Clark's The Divine Plan to give as gifts. Because of our technical success in digital printing, You Can't Make Paper from a Loofa [A68, A70], we tried printing a miniature book digitally using the same paper, and this time used a color copier to reproduce the color illustrations. We were not satisfied with the quality of the digitally printed type, so decided to make a letterpress-printed edition. I especially liked the raised panel on the front cover of the binding and further explored that idea in many later books."
